Your Responsibility

Beyond complying with the terms of our Master License Agreement or Subscription Service Agreement and our website’s privacy policy, it is your duty as the Client to ensure all End Users are informed about, and have consented to, our collection and processing of their information as detailed in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable laws.

Information We Collect

When you or your End Users interact with our Software, we collect two types of information:

1. Personal Information

   Information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual. This includes:

   • Client Information: We may collect your contact details when you register on our site, subscribe to newsletters, sign up for events, participate in surveys, or fill out forms. This helps us personalize and enhance your experience with our services.

   • Feedback from End Users: If you allow us (or our trusted third-party service providers) to receive feedback from your End Users regarding the Software (“Feedback”), we may collect Personal Information such as the End User’s name, email address, IP address, and your contact information. We might also gather any additional Personal Information voluntarily provided in the Feedback, like comments or images.

   • Metadata: To deliver certain Software as a Service (“SaaS”) products, we collect metadata from your End Users. This includes IP addresses, MAC addresses, user agents, identifiers issued by you, file paths, and file names. Some of this metadata might be considered Personal Information under certain privacy laws.

2. Non-Personal Information

   Information that does not reveal the identity of an individual. This includes:

   • Technical Data: Usernames, directory names, server names, share names, file names, configurations, and event logs related to the Software and Client. We also collect technical details transmitted by your devices or your End Users’ devices, such as browser type, software versions, language settings, time zones, and domain names linking you or your End Users to the Software.

   • Feedback Data: When Feedback is provided by End Users, we may collect Non-Personal Information like ratings, tags, comments, browser types and languages, operating systems, screen resolutions, the URLs of pages where Feedback was given, and screenshots of those pages (with any textual content redacted for privacy).
